Framing Recommendation
Because of the nature of pastel, framing matters. We recommend professional framing with a mat to create space between the artwork and the glass—preserving your piece for years to come.
HOW IT WORKS
Each piece is a one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn pastel portrait created from your pet’s personality—not just their photo. Your original artwork is created on a 16x20 surface and is intentionally left unframed, allowing you to choose a final presentation that fits your space.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a personal email from me to collect your pet’s photo and any details that help capture their unique character. From there, I begin the creative process—typically completed within 4–6 weeks.
Throughout the process, I’ll take behind-the-scenes progress images, and I’ll also film the creation of your piece so you have the option to own a video of your artwork coming to life.
Each finished piece is carefully packaged and shipped with protection and care, ready for professional framing and display.Options

Priority Commission – $650
Completed and shipped within approximately 2 weeks.
What Happens After You Order
Once your commission is placed, I’ll personally reach out via email to collect:
• A clear photo of your pet
• A short description of their personality
• Any special notes you’d like me to consider
From there, I begin creating your portrait.

• One original 16x20 chalk pastel artwork (unframed)
• A behind-the-scenes progression video of your portrait being created
• Carefully packaged and shipped, ready for professional framing
Chalk pastel is one of the most archival fine-art mediums available. When properly framed, these works are designed to last for generations. Each piece is sealed and prepared for long-term display before leaving my studio.
For framing, I recommend using a mat so the artwork does not touch the glass.
A Note on Usage
I reserve the right to create prints or share images of the finished artwork on my website and social media. The original 16x20 artwork, however, will exist only once — and it will belong to you.
